My legends that i had before unlocked are now locked

Hi, today i installed Apex Legends and i didn't played it for like a year and i noticed that some of my legends that i had unlocked (Octane, Gibraltar and more) are now locked and the same happend for skins that i had unlocked on some guns and all of my progress that i had on my acc. I have still the same account linked on my PS5. I will really appreciate the help
