My main account got hacked and EA refuse to respond to support tickets.
Hi, so I've been going through a big hack that happened to me recently, and I've gotten all compromised accounts back except my main for EA. I've tried opening support tickets to get the account back but they never respond and just mark it as resolved. I can't find live chat anywhere and it just puts it into a ticket. Is there any other way of getting into contact with EA? I've spent quite a bit on the game and it feels like I'm not being heard whatsoever. I've got accounts still linked to it but it doesn't let me log in and has to send a security email to the one that the attacker has changed it to.

I'm not sure what happened with those other cases, but it's odd that live chat didn't appear for a hacked support ticket. I've checked, and when I choose the topic options for the hacked account, I get the chat option. I've prepped a link for you below. Could you click on it and see if it helps the live chat option appear for you under the heading Still need help?
If it appears, you should be able to fill in some information and submit it to start a live chat conversation with the live support team.
