Hey @Rarref

Thanks for the additional details, I don't believe this would be tied with the recent changes with Apex Legends Cross Progression.

To check did you ever unlink a platform account you might have played on from your EA account?

If not, I would recommend reaching out to our support to further look at your account and see what options we may have.

What are some of the items you are missing?

What are some of the items you are missing? Wraith Herilom , BloodHound YoungBlood , Octane Die Tired Most of my belongings are lost , most my open chracters are closed

When did you notice your items missing? I noticed just yesterday that I havent been able to log in for 6 or 7 months. When I logged in they were gone.
