Missing Items from Xbox after moving to PC

I've been playing Apex on my Xbox since Season 4 but recently I moved to PC and I'm missing some of my stuff from Xbox. A lot of my EA play and Game Pass items are gone, but a couple of them are still there so I'm confused. For instance, the recent EA play charm Gold Copilot is on my PC account. However I'm missing some of my old favorites like Protocol 3 and TIE Pilot. Strangely I still have the New Republic Pilot charm that came alongside the TIE Pilot charm so I don't know why one transferred over and the other is missing. Any help would be appreciated.
