need help on m account

hello i have an issue for my EA account it had been hacked i fix that issue after that i apple to EA about the issue of apex legend is not opened because my account is suspended for some reason now i cant open case's or chat with them !

now they beaned my account for safety reason i need help pleas I'm a content creator i pay for my food because of that game i need it back asap i cant play any game for now because of that issue

fyi a paid over 500 $ for that game

Sorry to hear you're dealing with this. For the ban, our Terms of Service team can look into that ban for you. To do that, you'll need to submit an appeal. This Guide will share more information to help you with that:

Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

Please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your EA account back under your control. There may be some steps that can't be completed while the ban is in place, but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the EA account itself, so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is in place.

Make sure also to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon, and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play), and Social Media accounts (Facebook).

i have the same problem i got banned for no reason i played after 2/3 years and now i got a permanent bann because they throught i cheated

It's been a while since we last heard from you in this thread. Were you able to send in your ban appeal? If not, could you pop in the answers to the questions I asked earlier?

Can you share where you saw a ban message pop up, if it wasn't in your EA account? It might help me understand to better advise you in your next steps.

no violations on my account too !

and if i submit an appeal its not opened in my band account

ms Lanna i did every thing as you said but like i said before nothing happened they said until we be sure that only i can accses the account but until now i cant play any games !!

this is the last case i opend now i cant open any case !!!! in that account
