Never have received an Heirloom or Shards despite playing since launch.

I've been playing Apex Legends since drop, well before heirlooms we're even a thing and have opened thousands of apex packs. Not once did I receive any original heirloom or heirloom shards, I'm just ...

What about after you pay to get heirloom does it reset?

Hey swilson05,

That guaranteed heirloom after opening 500 packs only resets when either:

You open less than 500 packs and get the heirloom by chance
You open 500 packs and get the guaranteed heirloom

This does not reset if you get the heirloom by completing a collection event that has a specific heirloom as the end goal, for example. Only if you're opening packs and get it that way, either through luck beforehand or just getting to that 500th pack point.
