I just opened my pc and i got the crossprogression annoucement pop up in the main menu. I pressed space and I was waiting to see my old level 400 something ps4 account on there but im still stuck with my newish pc account... I have my psn and steam account both linked to the same ea account but it still didnt work. Am I being dumb and missing something?
Any help is appriciated

If you have recently received a message about cross-progression happening for your account but did not see any changes after.
Please fully shut down and relaunch Apex Legends to confirm if you see your progress update.
If you only play on one platform and received the message but didn't notice a change, try logging in on another platform tied to the EA account to see if your progress moved over.

Got the prompt on my PC (which would be my main) but didn't get any of my linked PS4 stuff. Turned on my PS4 and all my PC stuff overwrote my PS4 stuff. Everything I had on my PS4 previously is gone! All that is there is my PC stuff. Help?
The same issue happened to me. I logged in on PC via the EA client and received the cross progression prompt. It showed the "this may take a minute" message and then disappeared. My cosmetics that were supposed to transfer from xbox are now all gone even on xbox! 🙂 Awesome!
Same thing happened to me on my linking my new pc account to my PS5 where I had all of my skins and stuff. Help please!

Got the prompt on PC hit space it loaded for a moment dissapeared and got no crossprogression. I had quite a bit of money spent on xbox so i'd sure hope those items aren't gone forever.

PLEASE i need help i got the cross-progression but only my PC cross-processed my console account got completely removed I had so much on that account and none of it transferred my console account was higher level and it got replaced by my lower level PC account
- SpoilerSimilar issues. I played both Xbox and ps4 played every season but only have stuff from season 0,1 and 8 onwards now. Only thing I miss is the octain blue skin and the flatline skin.
- I think this is going to cause a lot of problems. Cross progression was never going to be easy for the devs. We should give them time, but at the same time it would be nice to have stuff we have paid for and should at least be given the nod that they’re aware and working on it. Which I’m sure they are. We can still play, I just love the game so much I like my old stuff and was looking forward to getting it all. I feel like I have been cross progressed with someone else’s account.
It ended up taking my pc account which barley has anything and completely removed my main Playstation account with all the levels and purchases I had since the game had came out
I received the cross progression prompt, however none of the data regarding the merger loaded and then the prompt went away after saying this will take a moment.
I restarted my Apex on PC using the steam client. However none of my Xbox items have transferred over I previously played on Xbox over a year ago.
I have not logged into Xbox to see if my PC items transferred to the Xbox. I no longer have an Xbox I game on PC primarily now.
What would you recommend? Thank you for the help.

Did anyone else have heirloom shards they were just sitting on? I noticed after asking a few friends those without heirloom shards they were sitting on got cross progression and it worked fine.
However I asked friends with shards they were sitting on like me and they said it failed.
*Me too Iinked my xbox account Fishycasa to my steam Account once i loaded up apex got the cross progression message waited a few minutes but nothing had transferred over tried closing and restarting apex same issue no cross progression showed up from my xbox account or vice versa.

I just had the same issue. I get the prompt that ive finally received cross progression. I click continue and then it starts loading without ever showing me the account select page I'm supposed to get. I dont get why it wouldnt work. i can see that my playstation account is listed on known accounts on apex.

it would be nice if someone from ea was at least replying to us. This is not the only place ive seen tons of people posting about this issue. We've waited so long for cross progression and it doesn't even work.
I finally got cross progression on my pc, I gained all the things i wanted from my xbox account but didnt even see my playstation account listed when the prompt appeared, just my xbox and pc account. I have playstation linked but dont see anything off that account like skins.
I have the same issue. I submitted a ticket with EA. I play Apex on both my Xbox and PC. My Xbox account was overwritten completely with my PC account. All my original season 0-4 cosmetics from my Xbox account are just gone.
I had the cross progression pop up, but it didn't merge the accounts and instead just gave me a bunch of apex coins and kept my low level pc account instead of my level 200+ Playstation account with my heirloom and all my battle pass stuff. Any help would be appreciated
