No Sound/Limited Sound Unless Facing in the Direction of Sound

I'm having an issue where I get no sound or muted sound unless I am facing that direction. So like I wouldn't hear the ring right behind me unless I'm turned to face it. Same with teammate voicelines, etc. Help
