Old console account gone and replaced with a new one

@ReggieVeggieTTV

Yes, but have 2 different EA Accounts will be eligible for merge (Which I understand you already are aware of).

I'm pretty sure by contact EA Support, they will show you the way in regards to what platform you had linked previously. Just hand them the right information they need to assist you.

@TheRedLion93 And since it was years ago even before season 1 of apex where I started playing I have no clue to what EA account it was binded because normally it was bound to this account and when I played on pc with this account I could see my old account in the clan I was in and it was still there but now when I tried the cross progression thing it deleted that account and put it as this account with this level and nothing on it and then when I unliked to try and link with another EA account I own it turns out that account was level 1 so idk

@ReggieVeggieTTV

I understand.

Just try getting in contact with EA Support with the link I provided earlier and they will assist you in getting your Xbox progress back by linking the right EA Account. That's the only reason I believe you don't have anything on your Xbox is because of unlinking from one EA Account to the other (which could result to loss of progression.).

If you want to use the Xbox progress into you PC (Which is possible), you would need to link the PC under the EA Account that originally had your Xbox linked to.

@TheRedLion93 And if they can't help me?

@TheRedLion93 Wait I think I found my old EA account that has all my progress but I can't unlink my xbox account from the other EA account and the advisors are not responding

@ReggieVeggieTTV

When you say "Not responding" is there a wait time or you're not eligible to get in contact in general?

@TheRedLion93 It just tells me it's an open case and it told me at first it is a 20 min wait time but it's been more than an hour

@ReggieVeggieTTV

Try refreshing and see if you can get into contact with them.

If not, you can try and email them as well: https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=apex-legends&topic=apex-cross-progression&category=game-information&subCategory=features

@TheRedLion93 I made a new case and it tells me to wait 1 minute so we will see otherwise I will email them

@ReggieVeggieTTV

Hopefully they will get to you eventually.

Keep me posted if there are any changes.
