Open cases are not displayed in the Spark Bonus progress.

A few days ago, I opened 10 sets to receive the Spark Bonus award, but the open cases were not sealed and I did not receive the collector's set, respectively. I've been writing to support for the last few days, and they've been throwing up their hands, saying that we know about the problem, but there's no solution, and there won't be any compensation for the kits we spent. The last manager I talked to recommended that I write a message about the problem on the forum. Actually, here it is. Please help me resolve this issue.
