Packet Loss After Most Recent Update

One of my teammates is experiencing what seems to be the packet loss symbol in the top right of his game, any time he plays now. @ApexLiveComms just posted about a fix on the issue, but it doesn't seem to be working still.

Things We've Tried:

• Driver Update
• Deleting Unnecessary game files from other games/launchers
• Windows Update
• Both EA and Steam versions of the game have the same issue

Any solutions anyone can provide? Can't really find a video or Reddit post regarding this issue outside of the normal after-patch bugs
