Packet loss for Apex

I have been receiving the packet loss error for every Apex rank game during the new Apex season. I test connection & PlayStation shows my connection is great. I even restarted my modem and still receive packet loss. I don't understand why I'm lagging if my ping is low and internet connection is good. I need help with fixing this.

I’ve been having the same issue for over a year now. It’s really frustrating. I’ve done everything to try fix on my end and with ISP and nothing helps. It’s up to Apex to get a solve so the game can become playable again for rank.
