Packet loss, high ping, unsteady connection, and constant freezing on console

I’m experiencing extremely bad lag in Apex Legends on console, with constant teleporting, delayed movement, and severe rubberbanding. The game is showing multiple red connection warning symbols, indicating packet loss and instability. Despite this, the data center shows 0 issues on the server I’m connected to.

 

I’ve tested multiple accounts and other games, and everything else runs perfectly fine. I’ve also run connection tests, and there are no issues at all outside of Apex. This only started after the mid-season update yesterday, so it seems like the problem is on the game’s end rather than my connection.

Ive tried every possible easy fix like restarting routers ext, every other game and wifi tests is saying my connection is fine but none of my friends have had this problem ive also tried on my ps5 and its the same story
