Packet loss ps4

Hi sorry I've took so long to reply @EA_Aljo and Yes I'm on a wired connection I have also tried on a wireless connection to see if I have any problems with the cable I'm using and still the packet loss

Try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

@EA_Aljo The top dns servers never worked was still getting packet loss but found one called level 3 dns I would recommend too anybody who stays in uk to try i have not been getting as much packet loss in games and if so it's like 1-2 for a few seconds since I changed so hopefully this is the fix fingers crossed

I'm glad to hear that helped. You shouldn't be getting packet loss though. How bad is it?

@EA_Aljo before I was getting upto 20 packet loss in games and every player was teleporting now it jumps between 1-2 but not all the time in games and people don't teleport it's better than it was and its playable I doesn't make sense that a differant dns makes that much of a difference and what do u think is the problem and what would u do next if it was you?
