PC restarts when playing arena mode

Hey guys, 

I have encountered a problem where my pc restarts when playing arena mode. Initially I thought it was due to pc overheating, psu issues or drivers. But I have installed a new psu, checked for overheating, checked for memory and disk issues, all of which seemed to not be the cause of the problem. Today, I have realised it might only be happening when I play the arena 3v3 mode. Anyone encountered this issue, or might have a fix.

    What happens if you create a new admin user in Windows and try launching the game through there? I'm really curious if this same issue would still happen when using a different account. You can find more details on how to set up a new Admin user over at the Microsoft Support website. 

    Once you're able to give that a try please let me know how if your PC is still restarting. Thanks!

    Hey @DraculasHoe, 

    Where in-game has this been happening? Does it happen at a certain spot, or is it just totally random while you're playing Arenas?

    Totally random it seems, can be at the start, middle or end of the round. Though if I remember it has not happened in buy screen. 

    Oh btw specs are: 

    Ryzen R5 3600

    16 gigs of ram 3200MHZ

    Radeon rtx 5700XT

    650 Watt supply

    What happens if you set up a Clean Boot on your PC before you launch Apex Legends? If there's anything else running that could be related to the crashes that might help to get around it.

    Thanks! I appreciate that. 

    Some of the errors in the diagnostics section in the DxDiag can happen due to graphics driver issues. When you have the chance can you try a clean reinstall of your video drivers to see if that helps? 

    Let me know if it keeps crashing after that. Thanks again!

    One of the solutions I tried before posting on this forum was clean installing the drivers, and the issue did not fix itself.
