Performance issues

About a week ago my fps started to drop much more than usual, sometimes from 144 to low 30s.
Usually it happens when I look towards the map. When I'm in the middle of the map it's even worse.
I have i7 7700, gtx 1060, 16gb ram and ssd. Game is 1080p and lowest settings. Changing resolution or settings doesn't help.
I did scanned pc for viruses. Installed different older gpu drivers. Did fresh windows install with all possible driver updates. Then did fresh windows install again and installed only essential drivers. Nothing helped. (Nothing is overheating, power plan is set to max performance)
I came back to apex in season 9, levelled up to lvl 110 battle pass and now was farming events. Didn't had problems all that time and fps never went below 100 before. Other games works the same as before.
The only thing that I noticed is gpu power consumsion is 60-80w, in other games it goes to 120-130w.
I have no idea what to do.
