I have an AMD GPU as well, so I don't think its the GPU's fault, rather a possible corruption with Windows itself or a conflict with the EAC.

Thanks for replying. I understand bans are handled by the TOS Team, but my concern is that the two appeals I submitted with full Windows event log documentation appear to have been denied automatically without the evidence being reviewed.
You raise a fair point about Windows corruption vs the GPU itself, the logs do show NDIS (network driver) errors alongside the AMD crashes which could suggest a broader driver/system conflict rather than the GPU alone. Either way the evidence points to a legitimate system issue rather than cheat software. Is there any way to request a manual review or escalate to ensure the logs are actually seen by someone on the TOS team?
