Permanent Ban – No Notification Email, Unable to Create Appeal Ticket
Hello,
I am posting here because I am currently unable to submit a proper ban appeal through EA Help.
My Apex Legends account received a permanent ban. However, I did not receive any notification email explaining the reason for the ban. I have checked my inbox and spam folder, but there is no message from EA regarding this action.
I attempted to submit a ban appeal through the official EA Help page. After completing the form, I receive a confirmation message stating that an advisor will contact me by email, but no case appears under “My Cases,” and I do not receive any confirmation email. It seems the ticket is not actually being created.
Additionally, I have tried to connect through live chat support, but the chat does not load or connect.
At this point, I have no way to confirm the reason for the ban or properly submit an appeal. Could someone please confirm whether there is a technical issue with ticket creation or advise me on how I can proceed with my case?
