Permanently Banned Message (Never have played a game on PC)

I am an xbox player and my account has been linked to my PC for some time. I just got the cross progression notification, and I am getting a message saying I am permanently banned on PC? I have never even played a game on PC on the account. I opened a case about this but everything I am researching is showing that it takes a long time for them to even answer the open cases. Was anyone else getting a permanenty banned message? I looked through a few pages but didn't see this issue.

  • @EA_Barry Its not about a dispute though, this is about a ban from another system carrying over when EA stated this wouldnt happen with cross progression.
  • @EA_Barry The problem is that this isn't an actual ban, theres many people in this forum that have the same problem and we all share the same story, we played one time in pc years a go, then we got a ban the 27 oct 10pm to 12pm and when cross-progression affected us 3 days a go we cant play anymore in xbox/ps5... If i were to guess by connecting the dots of what we all have in common is that when apex team was preparing cross-progression (27 oct between 10pm to 12pm) the sistem detected our old pc version of the game since none of us updated the game for years (mine was season 1 version since my last game in pc apex legends was in 2020) and placed an auto-ban in the pc version but went in effect on xbox/ps5 with cross-progression update...
