Please help guys

Howzit guys been playing apex on a PC and Xbox and recently upgraded to a PS5 and it's giving me a reset your password on my account although I've never played apex on PlayStation and ontop of that I remember it doing this to me on steam aswell 

However I only use one email account and the account it's asking me to reset the password which is unrecognisable and doesn't belong to me 

Just want help changing it to the correct profile as I bought the battle pass a few times and would hate to abandon my profile
