problem upgread battle pass ultimate to ultimate +

I bought the Ultimate Battle Pass and then upgraded to the Ultimate Plus Pass. It says "Instant Bonus Reward" and includes 7 packs and other items. I received the items, but the packs didn't arrive, even though they were mentioned in the description.
