Problem with my Nintendo Switch 2.

I need help. I'm having a problem with my Nintendo Switch 2. When I try to play Apex Legends with my usual Switch account, I get the message, "An error has occurred and the software has been terminated." This has been happening for three days. I've tried everything I can think of, like restarting the console, clearing the cache, and removing and reinserting the SD card, but nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?

  • Yes I am experiencing the same issue. did you contact ea.help? I did and the dude tried to tell me he never seen my account for switch 2 only for psn but I sent him screenshots of some banners after winning in ranked and it clearly showed my switch logo. Dude I literally own 90% of all the mythic items in this game. I spent thousands upon thousands on my heirlooms, prestige, skins, and mythic weapons. It sucks that I haven’t been able to play since May 15th and it would be even worse if my items are no longer there…. After doing my research I see a lot of people are having this issue. Be sure to contact ea.help and click on the live chat option..it’s a hassle to get to it but you will find it
