problems accessing apex legends due to the verification code

Hello, I have a problem with Apex Legends, I basically try to connect to the game but the game is constantly asking for the verification code, (the email is right since I play the same game on the PS5 and on mobile, the problem is that it does not work, I click to send the email with the verification code but it does not reach me)
