I recently installed apex on my pc and logged onto the same account that my ps5 account was on, now when I go to switch back and play apex on my ps5 my account is fully reset back to level 1 and all my progress is lost. Please someone help me I am desperate

If you didn't unlink accounts in the past and logged in to the same account, you shouldn't lose any progress. However, if you linked your PSN ID to a brand new EA account, then you will lose the previous progress done on your PlayStation.
