Sorry to hear that the game's been crashing as of late.
If you're not seeing any particular error messages, can you please run through the following troubleshooting steps to see if it leads to any improvement:
- Make sure your PlayStation is up to date
- Power cycle your console, waiting at least one minute before turning it back on
- If you have devices plugged into the USB slot, unplug them
- Restore game licenses
- Reinstall your game (if it's currently installed on an external hard drive, try installing to the internal hard drive)
- Go to PS5 Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved data in system storage > Apex Legends > Delete
