I've the same issue since severals months and seasons ago.. I'm really tired of this problems, because I've to restart my computer at each time for kill the process r5apex.exe that use CPU as hell...
I tried severals things and "solutions" but any one really works.. the issue always come back after one or two reboots.
Please Respawn, FIX IT ASAP.
In my case it was solved by removing the USB audio speaker from the PC.
