After Season 9 started, my rank didn't successfully reset. I'm currently in Gold IV, but the matchmaking function still thinks I'm in Platinum II so I'm in much more challenging lobbies. I've tried solo queuing for a couple games now, and nothing has changes.

This should fix itself after a bit if you keep playing solo matches. It may take several before the ranks sync back up.

season 9 rank split today and i made it to Diamond and i don’t have my badges nor the skydive trail is it a glitch? but how do i get my rewards
Community ManagerThe rewards for this season won't go out until the season ends. You still have the second half of the split to rank up. Once the season ends you'll get the rewards for the highest rank you reached at the end of either the first or second split.
