Ranked on server sa-east-1

Hi,

I’m from Argentina and I play Apex Legends on PS4, using the sa-east-1 server. I’m experiencing an issue with ranked matches: the lobbies don’t fill with enough players, so the matches never start.

I’ve already tried every possible fix: restarting the game and console, checking my connection, switching servers, and more. I even contacted live support, but no one was able to solve the problem.

Is there anything else I can do? Is this a server issue or something wrong with my account?
