Ranked reset

Mine did the same thing about an hour ago! Please let me know if you figure out a way to fix it.

Just got on apex tn and I was platinum 1 now I'm rookie are they going to fix this or what's going on 

Me too man. Hope they find a fix, one minute I'm top of silver one, log off, log back on bottom of rookie

Same here, gold 1 yesterday but when i hoped on for ranked today i was reset to rookie 4.

I’m In the same boat apex needs to find a solution 

Same on Xbox was Diamond 3 now I’m reset to rookie 4 not sure if I should play or if it’ll get patched. 

Was told that apex is aware and working on it
