Re: 2 Xbox account linked to my EA account

Thanks. I figured it was something I could not do myself. I tried emailing the EA support team yesterday.

But today I keep getting an error message when I try to chat with them:

Hmm interesting, I'm not aware of any issues with the site right now.

Here are some things you can try:

• Clear your browser's cookies & cache
• Try contacting them on a different browser
• If you are using a VPN, disable it whilst trying to contact them

Please do let me know if it persists after that.

I cleared the cache, Tried 2 different browsers(chrome and Edge), not logging in, logging in, and chatting; and I cannot get through. I get this error message every time. 

@iphresh7 I can see in the image that an account is logged in. Make sure no account is logging into the help site when you follow the steps. 

How do I get ahold of support. It doesn’t allow me to!  There is no unlink option under linked accounts to remove my son, so I need ea to do this for me. 

Hey! I had to select an option that gave me chat as an option and told the chat agent what i needed. They were able to separate my wife's Xbox profile from my EA account but she lost 2 years of progress in the game, all skins purchased and she was close to getting her free heirloom. Which sucks and there’s nothing they can or will do to fix that. 

Hopefully your situation is better but I honestly don’t even want to play the game if thats how the loyal player base is treated.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use. Not all options give a chat option though so if it does not use the following steps.

• Select the Games tab
• Select EA App
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option

I need to have one of the Xbox accounts unlinked from my account,I can tell you which one I need unlinked 

@ReaperSlayer9 Okay, so you will need to contact support as advised above. Community Managers are not support and account-related issues are not handled on the forums.

How did you fix this,  I'm having the same issue

Hey, do you think you could maybe help me figure out how you fixed this? I contacted the EA support team and they said they are not able to link accounts, and the only way would be to delete the account and relink them to two different accounts but I would lose all the progress me and my brother have on the one.
