  • Xbox One. I’ve tried all troubleshooting I could from the EA help webpage. I’ve also done all checks with internet connection on my side (everything is fine). I have not tried playing Apex since making the original post, and will come back to update.

  • My game is working fine now, but what happened yesterday was extremely weird. Thanks for replying, and I hope you have a great day.

  • hey, i have a problem on my switch. It says on the screen that lost connection to EA servers and Nintendo online services. Ive reconnected and restarted my router. And its still the same. What can I do?
