@EA_Atik I tried running a clean boot but i still got a few code:nets until i got "unable connect; reservation timed out". Here are the Dxdiag results.
And if you’re wondering the Apex Legends Emergence update did not help with this issue.
Had the same issue, you have to flush your DNS, it takes 20 seconds, you should be able to play after that ! ♥
same problem and nothing helped me to fix this they need to fix it with a patch
Even after the flush DNS, i still have the issue from time to time, really annoying indeed ☹️
@EA_Atic if you can, can you please tell Respawn about this issue and ask them to fix it in a future patch since it seems to be a problem with the game, not us. And allow me to tell you more details about the issue I experience on my first 2-3 games when switching to a different map or when I first get on Apex. First, the "Waiting for players" countdown freezes, and I wait about 10 seconds before getting a "code: net". Then when I click continue I see the legend select screen except... it's different. I don't see any names at the bottom or the legends even if I try to select them and it's frozen. Then I get hit with another "code: net" and when I press continue once more, I see the dropship except I have loss/choke 98/0, my ping is in the 1000s, and everything is frozen. Then I get "code: net" again. And if I don't get "unable to connect; reservation timed out" (which will send me to the lobby), then I get back to the game. And it seems like the dropship has either left me somewhere on solid ground or I'm falling very slowly into lava and die. After another few games of this happening I can get through the legend select screen without any issues, but here comes the issue: I get 150 ping when I should be getting 48-64 ping on my closest datacenter. It's unplayable. Best wishes to Respawn for helping to fix this issue since it's causing me to not be able to play my favorite game in the world.
Same thing is happening to me. Absolutely unplayable. Can't get a game. More code:nets or reservarion issues rather than being able to get a game. Internet is fine, works over 300 Mbps and I have no packet loss. Have tried switching servers but it does not work.
So annoying... i assume we all took the BattlePass and can't even play, so sad...

EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN HAVING THIS ISSUE WITH APEX LEGENDS, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS AND SAY WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE ON APEX! THE MORE INFO, THE BETTER. WE CAN FIGURE OUT WHY THIS IS HAPPENING TO US AND NOT BIG STREAMERS TOGETHER. BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR GAME WITH THIS ISSUE. SCREENSHOTS AND EVEN VIDEOS OF THIS HAPPENING WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED. DON'T GIVE UP ON APEX! AND SHARE WHATEVER YOU THINK MIGHT BE CAUSING THIS ISSUE. NOTHING IS A DUMB SUGGESTION.
Every time I lag out I can’t load back in it just says reservation timed out
Do you get "code:net" before you lag out and get "unable to connect; reservation timed out" like I do? And if so, then you might want to try switching servers (but that didn't work of me so best of luck). Does this happen consistently with all of your matches or only with certain game modes? For me, it happens about the first 3 games on a new map or when I first get on Apex. And has there ever been an exception where it (for some reason) DIDN'T kick you out of your match? For me it's after my first 3 games but then I get random 150 ping when I should be getting 48-64 ping. Don't hesitate to let me know what you have tried to fix this error with.
i have the same issues since mid season 9. cant play the game with my main account because of it. i had to create another account just to play the game.
it doesn’t matter what game every single game that I lag out In I don’t load back in. I’m on Xbox so it doesn’t only happen on pc!
BREAKING NEWS: I just tried turning V-Sync on to "Triple Buffered" and I was able to get into a game and play with NO ISSUES! And if it doesn't work for you then try turning V-Sync onto "Dynamic". PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF TURNING V-SYNC ON TO "TRIPLE BUFFERED" OR "DYNAMIC" HELPS WITH ANYONE! IT DID FOR ME!

- @Village1234 Nope it did not work, apperently it is related to connectivity and server stuff.
I get the same reservation timed out issue when I play on my main account. I have reinstalled the game on steam and on origin, I have rebooted my router countless times, flushed my dns and followed multiple connectivity troubleshooting guides without any results. I tried changing data centre multiple times too.
I tried playing on my other low level account and it worked perfectly. I never had any issues with apex ever.
- Could ea or respawn fix this, apex is unolayable on my main account
I messaged EA Help on Twitter, they didn't really help, they said they would " keep monitoring the issues, and try to fix it if it's still a thing in the future " something in these lines, they also don't refund the battlepasses we bought but can't up since we can't play, quite the winners...
Yeah, I tried using V-Sync a few days later and it didn't work. Must have been a fluke or something like that. Also, does anyone else live sort of far away from their nearest datacenter? That might be why we're having this issue. I live in Southern California and my closest datacenter is Oregon. And (just wondering) what launch settings do each of you use??? I'm interested since it could also be why we're having this issue. IDK I'M JUST SPITBALLING AT THIS POINT AT WHAT IS CAUSING THIS ISSUE.
My data centrer is in Germany, i'm quite close to Germany, so...
If that's the case, can we all agree that this isn't an issue on our side and that this is an issue because of the EA servers, not us? Since I'm assuming that everyone here has done the "Troubling shooting guide" and the "Connectivity Guide" and has done a lot of research but nothing has helped. So I think we have 3 options.
1: We all create a new account and just play Apex (since someone said that it fixes the issue).
2: We raise awareness by contacting multiple devs about this issue and don't stop until they investigate this issue.
3: We just give up on Apex and play another game.
Personally I'm not certain which option to pick... let me know what you guys are gonna pick out of these 3 options that we have.

I just started to play apex again after 3 months and i cant even join the game. It looks like this: i simply press ready and when match is found, i wait for loading screen as usual, but after that it freezes, and i cant even pick a hero until it kicks me out with massage like this (check out the files)
And yeah i checked my ban status, i am not banned...
