Re: Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

For those facing a similar issue, I recommend taking your time and not giving in to emotions. Do not DISPUTE your case independently in the "BAN" section in My Cases or on MY BAN HISTORY page. Instead, contact a EA live support agent through the "START A NEW CASE > Apex > See all topics > I need help logging in to my EA Account" section. This way, you won't lose your 3 appeal tickets for your BAN and deal with disputes against automated responses from the TOS team. An agent will assist you with this. Whether this will result in the ban being removed at the moment is unknown.

  • Some updates here:

    - I didn't receive an email for the new ban, there are chances that this was just an error on how EA servers and page display the bans, so we probably never got unbanned.

    - Dispute the new ban 3 times, support give the classic answers and the accounts still banned, there is no explanation of why the ban now appears as a new one.

    @RacsuChile Yeah, still no email for me either on this new ban. Can't believe EA doesn't have a customer service phone number or a way for us to actually talk to someone who can help us

    Hello again, Linux user here from the topic "Linux players getting banned" and google document @RacsuChile . I was not present in the discussion of this situation for a while and decided to check if I was unban, as a result, my first ban changed the status from "Active" to "Overturned" and a second active ban appeared out of nowhere on October 28, although at that time the game had been deleted for a long time and I did not play at all and I haven't launched the EA app since mid-September until today. I wish everyone good luck in considering this problem from the EA support service, I hope that we will not be thrown
