@EA_Mako as I said I have only one EA account. It is impossible that there is an another account linked my amazon prime. Live chat advisor said to me go to our forums and you said go to live chat. What will happen If I connect to live chat again? I can say. Nothing. 5 of them cannot fix it so far. How cannot EA handle with this? It is like a joke. Everyone transfer me to a place and then another but none can do something. It is enough I am trying to make a conversation with EA advisors for days. None want to try to help me everyone says go talk with bla bla etc. I am really done. I want to complain about this indifference and not being solution-oriented, from these attitudes I've encountered for days.
