Re: Caustic and mirage content relocked

Me too, what is weird for me is I played right after the update and was able to select mirage, but now a couple of hours later it is locked. However I am still able to change his skins and that stuff in the legends tab. 

Really like spending money on this game to get a legend and not be able to use them..... GG EA, can’t say I’m surprised

Same! And I unlocked him today after building up my points. Sucks, man.  It shows he’s unlocked on the home screen until the time comes to actually choose him.

I've been able to get it to work when you set Caustic or Mirage as Featured "primary" -- you will still see it greyed out on the legend select screen, however have faith and don't choose anyone else. They are still playable and lock-in assuming you either purchased them for "early access" or grinded out each at 12K tokens to unlock.

If you choose mirage/caustic in your lobby and then don't interact with any buttons when you choose your hero in the game, it should work. I've been dealing with the same problem and it works now. Hopefully they solve the glitch soon
