While I can definitely appreciate you sticking up for your fellow players and just wanting to make sure everyone's treated fairly, I'm afraid you don't have the information necessary to determine how someone else is playing the game and whether or not anyone else has violated the Terms of Service.

The only ones with that information would be the individuals themselves and the Terms of Service team, which is why these situations need to be handled with appeals directly from any affected players so our ToS team can look through the account and see what happened. If it ever turns out that they're seeing a group of actions being applied incorrectly, that's absolutely something that gets passed back along to be checked and corrected. Thanks for wanting to make sure everyone's getting a fair shot here.

If you're seeing a ban message in-game, that can be appealed with the steps here regardless of whether or not that appears in your ban history. The ban history page only shows specific types of account actions, so certain games will not have their bans or suspensions appear there, sorry about the confusion. Please be sure to create an appeal with those steps if you haven't already done so.

Stop telling people to make cases or appeal them EA needs start looking at it as a problem and investigate. Once more your community is screaming their lungs out for help. Help us for once!!!!

We've certainly noted the number of people reporting this recently and have made sure those concerns are brought up.

That said, for anyone currently running into an account ban, submitting an appeal to our ToS team is still the right call. Opening the case with our ToS team will let them review the account and situation further. 

How are we expected to make an appeal when theres nothing in the ban history?   Theres countless amounts of people reporting this, you'd think ToS would take it seriously.     Why would people spend money on a game just to throw it in the garbage by cheating?

You're able to appeal by following these steps, regardless of whether anything shows up in your ban history page.

The ban history page shows specific types of account bans, but not all in-game actions will show up here. This is called out directly on that same page but can be missed, sorry for the confusion.

@EA_MakoI’m sticking up for those who were wrongfully banned and while no I don’t truly know every detail and will never claim to. I’m also not saying everyone is innocent but at the same time I know for a fact a lot of these people are actually innocent. While no I can’t see any ban history of theirs if any but when that update dropped this all randomly began affecting people? Your tos team should take these cases extremely seriously because like I said before if you ban the wrong people that will not look good for any of you. Have them really look at these cases and show these people you actually care. This is how you lose support and how you lose those very much needed dedicated players because without them then what do you have to be proud of besides making money sucking games like madden and yes apex? Your Twitter page for EA, respawn and play apex needs to update the people about this issue and that it’s being looked at. That can’t be asking for too much

God, I've been playing this game since the first season, I've spent thousands of hours and a lot of money, I've also bought other EA games and subscribed to EA Play for a whole year, would I have spent that much energy and money if I had been a cheater or server breaker? Then they banned me on the 26th without sending me an email about the reason. I complained and replied that their ban was correct. I contacted the online customer service once during the period, but I couldn't talk to him because of my network fluctuation, and then I couldn't contact the online customer service any more.And I don't have an American or Canadian phone number.ea you really let me down

Hey guys, im too having issues with this code too.
Last night I was playing pub games, then switched to ranked, got disconnected 2 times in a row, tried again, game crashed 2 more times, not funny at all.
Now, today, I find out that I got this "error code" snake aswell....

Im not hacking, exploiting or mistreating my teamates.

@Itmitisis  Just give up man 🙂))  and delete cheats ;DDDD (joke)  I m just going to keep it simple, Just quit playing  EA games  ;D 

@Eulype  I didn't even get the badge for the dmg and the 20 kills when it was bugged because I didn't want to exploit it 😢

At least they should be transparent about why they are banning people and display it on the ban/suspension history.

If this is an error, why do the users affected have to pay the price?
We are aswell investors.

FInally, I found the thread thay explains exactly my problem.

But I think wioth 3500 hours, I could be the guy with the most ingame-time here. 

I tried to communicate with the ToS - Nothing: First mail-respond was: 

We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.
What this means
We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.

second was in german but it was like

You just broke our ToS

Is the ToS-Team in our cases just checking, if we all are banned from the game?
So that would explain the answers, Oh the log says, you're banned, so it's correct, we'll do nothing.

I wrote a ~6000 letters answering post on a german thread, but it was closed befor it was sent.

I know you're here to help the community and you're not the ToS-Team, but please make them recognize, that there is a serious bug on there.

But now, it will have a bit of a tragic highligt instead of gameplay. Feels bad.

@Itmitisisdid you get unbanned ?🙂 what happens if you create too many accounts on same ip for apex ? :D you just got rekt by permaban 🙂
