You'll have to contact support and provide proof of purchase as these types of issues cannot be helped with on AHQ.

- @Hell4ya Ok thank you! The queue has been crazy long so I stopped.
According to support the temporary fix is to launch the game with EA-App and your purchase should be there.
- @NRF_MOZMBIQ Yeah, it's way too freaking long, but well, I got time, and it's about 48 more to go.
Well that's sad... Which means the EA guy from support gave me the wrong solution.
I couldn't try yet since the game is still downloading :-/

"I have just consulted with my team regarding your issue and it seems there are some technical difficulties going on due to which you have not recieved the Apex coins yet.
But please do not worry, this issue will et resolved by itself really soon.
It will take some time for the coins to get delivered on your account.
I would humbly request you to wait for 24 hours." - @cRn1710 I tried that as well but still no coins. ☹️

Yesterday I spoke with 3 agents and basically two of them were saying that in 24 hours I don't get the coins I should re-open the chat and let them now and they will manually add the coins.
The 3rd guy said they can't do that LOL
并没有什么用，我昨天在steam购买的20000多金币也没有到账，已经过了24小时，也在EA平台登录过，任然没有收到！

- @mefe666 how are you getting the option to contact chat? I have created 2 tickets and only get email as an option. It's been more than 24 hours and the coins are still missing

Looking into this now, I'm seeing coins are going into accounts in the last few hours.
Can you check your accounts again now, and if the issue persists, reach out to support.
