All settings are correct. Went on live chat with ea earlier and rebuilt psn database and my friend took instructions for their xbox

Still unable to send friend request to each other! So frustrating

Can we try running through some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can help fix this? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

Hey I’m also having issues with cross platform friends and I’ve done everything I can from creating a new account to uninstalling but still cant add my friends on apex

I play on Xbox but my friend plays on ps4

Hi,

I am having the same problem. I play on PC and my friends are on Xbox. When I look them up to add as a friend, I can find them and send the request. However when they accept it I cannot see them online. I also cannot invite them into a game, the invites just don't go through. We all have checked our cross-play settings and they are all correct.

Hi I’m also dealing with friend issues but it’s on Nintendo ..when I click on add friends I can find their usernames but they don’t receive requests and I don’t either and at the bottom of the friends tab it says their are privacy settings that are affecting this but I don’t know what they are and I have tried changing the ones on my account but it has done nothing ..please help me with this as it is very frustrating.

What setting in Privacy Settings would prevent them from going through. I’m trying to friend my friend and he sent me a request and it never popped up on my screen

I too have had issues with this and followed all possible ways of rectifying it is there any other steps me (on xbox) or my friend (on PlayStation) can do to sort this, we followed all advice given and still are drawing blank.
