Re: Haven't received heirloom within 500 pack openings need help

that's what i assumed but i've been keeping track of the amount of packs i've opened and i have exceeded 500.

i opened 250 within 2 days and before this i've opened more than 200 and still haven't received it

Maybe you miscounted and are one or 2 off, so then you should be close 😉
Maybe the next one is the one who knows.

We need pack counter ASAP...

I just spoke with support & they confirmed for me that I had opened well over my 500 packs & then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do anything until I posted on this forum only then would a Developer actually let them manually add it to your account... so here i am even though it sounds like dog just to give me the run around...but I’m hoping someone can help me please? I’ve put Literally over 2 months of time into this game since launch & along with a portion of my weeks earnings to support it. Respawn, Dev’s, anyone associated with Apex Legends, imagine you had to wait patiently for something you wanted but couldn’t afford at the time, for an entire year & on top of that you had to end up paying/spending $600-800 USD just since S4 started (not counting the about 1000ish spent from S1-S3) going from being told you’re GUARANTEED AFTER THE 500th pack, to then being told that you are in fact right that you’re over 500 but instead of giving you what you paid for you just have to post on the forum & “hope for the best” 

PLEASE HELP ME RESPAWN DEV’S!! I love you’re game & have proven that fact! Please help me to get the heirloom shards I have earned fair & square!

I'm afraid that you are incorrect. I've been on level 500 for about a year now and never once received heirloom shards. I feel like it's not fair considering I've spent only about $50 on the game to buy gold coins and there's no way around getting the shards other than apex packs. MLK witta AK is my Xbox gamertag.

Agreed. I think they're just trying to manipulate you into spending more money.

I am level 500 and I've bought several packs...sooooo. if you get a pack for every level then in theory by level 500 you would have opened 500 packs that doesn't even count the ones I've bought...

My account is SaltyRutz I would like to have this problem fixed. Someone could credit my account with heirloom shards...at least could someone look at my account

Hey @ClemsonTiger124,

While you may be level 500, that does not mean you've opened 500 packs.

You can check out the full FAQ here, but I've listed the portion relevant to these packs below as well. 

In this case you would simply need to continue opening packs until you either get lucky enough for heirloom shards or hit that 500th pack opened, at which point you would be guaranteed to receive one.

Level 22 - 300: One pack every two levels
Level 305 - 500: One pack every five levels
