i have spent $400 and i’m level 310 and i still have yet to get the heirloom.... so disappointing, all my friends got theirs at level 200 or lower and i’m 310 and spent $400 and haven’t got mine☹️

just bought 32 more and still no heirloom😤😤😢

I have opened 502 apex packs and have not gotten any heirloom shards. I would like it if i could get some like i was supposed to.

what reset from 0 again?? if i done opened 380 pack and i buy anniversary collection heirloom, still reset from 0?

@EA_Atic I have been playing this game since season one and I have opened way more packs than 500 and I'm above 500 level .. my friend get 2 heirlooms and he's not even 500 level yet.. can I get some over this.. its so annoying playing this game so much and didn't get rewarded.

@EA_Atic  Luck of the draw my nuts i've been playing the game since launch date and have put over $200 in for apex pack just to get your *****y in game item and still dont have it. I constantly spectate smirf accounts who have heirlooms at level 50 and lower. How about you put in a pack counter instead of pushing ridiculously over-priced paid content into your buggy @$$ game.

I’m at level 500 and still haven’t received an heirloom and I’ve had the battle pass twice already. I’m well over 500 packs. Any thoughts?

Just bought 10 packs. One of those packs should have had a heirloom cause i already opend 490 packs, but i didnt get it 

Hi @EA_Atic! Is there a way to check if players received the heirloom shards on a account through your side?

I've been playing since before season 1 and am certain I got the shards off a pack but my counter is at 0/150.
