Same here bro, I claimed the current loading screen drop and still hasnt showed up in game. Did you find a solution for your issue? If so maybe that can solve mine

I am also experiencing the same issue. I have confirmed that my account is correctly linked but don't have the loading screen. i contacted twitch and they said its my account which it is not and to contact EA but EA says to contact Twitch
