Hey @Six-SixtyFour,

The save location for both accounts shouldn't cause you to lose any account progress. 

Did you get a prompt about cross-progression by any chance? If you've gone through the Cross-progression process, you could end up with the content from one account only if you had another platform account linked to your EA account. For more information on that please see:

  • Hi @EA_cuervo and thanks for the help. I have not activated Cross-progression; I only play on PC. I did not see a prompt about that either, only a prompt about cloud/local saves.

  • This worked. To anyone who finds this thread later, there was an update on April 2, 2024 that resulted in some Apex accounts being reset. Try to find a helpful EA Community Manager on the forum who can assist you in reverting. It only takes a moment from their end. Note that any account changes after April 2nd will be gone but everything before April 2nd will be restored. Thank you EA_cuervo.

    Hi I having the same problem I don’t think you seen my message but if you see someone with cool bushes somone took my other ea accounts, but that’s for another problem, but the main problem is I’m having the same mass. All of my stuff is gone. The only proof that I have is my sprays with my master badge and badges and level reset it, and everything got taken away from me even my legends, can you please help me my username on PS five is is cloutedlingling and I also have proof if you need and I lost my three heirlooms
