Re: Lost items due to crossprogression

Neither if these articles help me with my problem. I unlinked my xbox from it's ea account because I had made it prior to any news of cross progression coming. Once it was announced I took some time to figure out my login information to my playstation's account (where I had multiple battle pass, event, and heirloom skins); after I got into it's ea I account I went back to my xbox to make sure it was unlinked from my second account before linking it to the playstation one. Prior to me swapping my xbox's account over to the playstation neither consoles had gotten notified of cross progression being available.

To confirm you had your Xbox account linked to an EA account (Account 1), and a PSN account linked to a separate EA account (Account 2). 

When you unlink your Xbox account you will lose all items and progress as they are stored at the EA account not the platform account. So when it was linked to the EA account (account 2) that was tied with your PSN, it would have had no progress. 

This is working as intended and is something that happened before Cross Progression with Apex Legends was introduced.

For the PSN Account, if that is now your main account and is missing items, progress, skins, etc. Please let us know what specifically you are missing. 

While some items, stats, and progress won't update if you are looking for any from another platform, your skins, currency, etc will still be there.

I have re-linked my PSN account to my EA account after mistakenly unlinking it. However, it seems like all the progress is still lost?

for context: I reached out t EA help relink my account because since it was linked to my PC EA account, I had to wait 6 months before re-linking.

Can you advise?
