My account was hacked and banned by cheating.

He simply entered my account and used cheating, and then my account was banned. I can't do anything. I can't appeal. Does it mean that I should give up my account that I have been playing for several...

    Heya,

    Account suspensions/bans cannot be assisted with on here, as this is a community forum.
    You will have to reach out to the TOS Team if you want to appeal your ban: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    You can appeal up to 3 times before their decision is likely final. You mentioned that you started appealing since 2023, so if you have appealed more than 3 times, it would be very unlikely for them to overturn the decision, so their decision is pretty much final.

I want someone to handle my case. That's what I want. I didn't cheat. Why should I be punished? I'm a victim. Why should I be banned as a perpetrator? It's not fair, you know?

That means no one here can help you out with your case. Except for pointing you out to who can assist you and providing a link.
