That's definitely strange.
Have you tried running the network troubleshooter in Windows to see if it's able to find any issues? If you right click on the network icon in your Windows taskbar you should see a "troubleshoot problems" option when the menu comes up. Give that a shot and see if it finds any problems.

I'm also having this problem it used to be 3/5 times now its every time I try to play Apex in the start of a game I'll dc then after I close the game it automatically kills my WiFi connection and in doing so I can't connect to any networks and eventually nothing shows up anymore.
If I restart my pc there's also a chance that it doesn't turn back on? But if I shut down and then boot it up again it's all connected and working again. I've tried updating drivers and reinstalling my adapter drivers it doesn't help. I've tried playing other online games but only happens with Apex

Are you using the latest driver for your card? If so did you recently update it (sometimes windows will do this on its own). You might have luck trying an older driver.
The game itself doesnt change anything with the card so it must be a conflict in the driver of the card somehow. Does it happen if you are wired? Do you have a USB wireless stick you can try as well? Just to rule out any actual wifi issues and confirm its with the card
