I am currently Level 104. the last premium item I got was literally just the 3 character skins and the 30-30 skin from unlocking the pass. I have attached 2 pictures to this to illustrate what I'm about to say. As you can see it says that I'm level 104 and have everything unlocked but when i click on anything it says that its locked and requires a certain battlepass level, which i have. Idk man, this is really disheartening and frustrating.
Community Admin@EA_David yes, I have done that. I had an old EA account that I forgot about and had that connected to my xbox account so I reconnected it to my actual EA account.
Choose Rampart from the Legends screen & go to Skins next to her you should see an option to equip Problem Solver. I was having this problem too.
Community AdminUnfortunately unlinking accounts can have some knock-on effects on the BP and other items, and this may be a factor here.
We've flagged your situation for investigation, but the unlinking may be a critical factor.
In any case once you hit 110 could you grab some proof of the completed BP, a clip showing your username and the maxed final level.
@EA_David It won't let me upload a clip but here's a couple pictures of the fully completed battle pass and then one on the homescreen with my username and it saying that I've completed the battlepass.
