Re: Unfairly banned, case dropped by support

@OldTreeCreeper all the info they gave me was in that screenshot they gave me, like I posted earlier I have no history of any bans.

I don't think I've been hacked, but I don't know that because they arent telling me anything.

    @WiseTheRumGone if I were you I'd try to find the og email that has any details EA will give you.

    Saying that, you can appeal a ban a number of times.

    Your screenshot said you've had 2 appeals (investigations).

    @OldTreeCreeper il wait a bit more for if they answer the email I sent yesterday, il make a new appeal then if they don't.

    but in any case, if that does not work is there any other way I can contact EA support? live chat or a voice call, anthing

    @WiseTheRumGone Unfortunatly there is no other way to contact the tos team. I understand from other posters that things like this can take time for a reply, and can be very frustrating.
