@EA_Aljo tried already, but the page is looped...meaning when you click create a case it takes you back the standard home page. SO you cant raise one

Are you choosing your platform, game and issue and then selecting a contact option and it's taking you back to the support home page?

@EA_Aljo hello, if you do live chat...it doesnt allow you to pick a platform..the drop down option is shows but doesnt list anything.

tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge on laptop and Safari and firefox on iPhone

Try using Chrome again on your laptop, but put it in incognito mode.

Then you’re useless. It shouldn’t be a case of having to work out brain surgery in your basement off of 4Chan just to be able to play your * game. The least you could do is offer a little generic help you useless hack. Your response makes me want to delete this game before I’ve even started because you useless clowns won’t let me log in to my own EA account to use this game. I mean WT actual F?
