Reconnect ranked penalty

After my internet connection dropped, I was disconnected from the match. My internet started working again, and the game began reconnecting me. After about two minutes on the loading screen, even though my ping was normal (I was monitoring it), I was disconnected again, the match was counted as a forfeit, and I received a penalty.
