Regarding the issue of official website

Hello advisor, I encountered a bug while appealing with my account  (I've attached the problematic page). Every time I try to appeal, it says "case creation failed," and I can't even contact online support — the webpage just gives me a fake case number. This has been going on for two months. I've tried the "web form," "history penalty tool," and "guest mode," but none of them work. I noticed an unknown IP address logged into my account. I'm 100% sure my account was hacked, which led to the ban — because I was busy with my graduation project during that time and had no time to play. But now I can't show this evidence to the TOS team. Please make sure to resolve this issue.

    When I found out that my account had been hacked and banned, I did try to appeal, but it was rejected. I also saw in the case history that the appeal was not made by myself, which is why I have so many questions! I request to thoroughly investigate my account again,Because you know, I can't contact the relevant team no matter what. I am a player with high mouse sensitivity, only in the golden rank, with a KDA less than 1, and I also have three heirlooms and some in-game consumption vouchers! (I can provide a screenshot)

    Sorry to hear there's been pushback when it comes to contacting support and submitting that appeal. 

    If you haven't already, can you try filling out this web form and using the 'Chat with us' option instead of emailing, after being redirected? Given the unknown IP address you mentioned, it'd be best to select 'Compromised EA account' as the issue in the web form. 

    Additionally, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to prevent further foreign logins or attempts. 

    Just to confirm, have you appealed the account action in the past? If so, have you received any communication from the Terms of Service team stating that they consider their decision to be final? If you have, then I'm afraid you've reached the maximum number of appeals possible for the case, and so the inability to submit an appeal might be by design.
